I wanted to congratulate you on the very fine work that you and your crew did on this project. I was pleased with the quality of the work and with the ultimate product of that work. I know it was a long and sometimes demanding project, but I think that you did a commendable job of keeping it on track and working to control the budget and the schedule -- and to balance these with the value you were building into the house. I think that Daniel, Kevin, Alonzo, and others on your crew deserve commendation for their good work, too. Daniel, in particular, deserves special praise for his unfailing good humor and his sense of quality and workmanship.
